Established in Tenterden in 1999 we have become renowned for our friendly, relaxed and experienced care. We welcome ALL patients including those who are dental phobic and strive to make your trip to the dentist as pleasant and enjoyable as possible.

We provide the very best in clinical care and are committed to further post-graduate training in accordance with GDC guidelines; ensuring the highest standard in patient safety, comfort and education.

In addition to our in-house dental services we can also offer adult orthodontic and periodontal treatment and implants upon referral. Children under the age of 18 are seen within the NHS.

We offer an out of hours emergency service via DentaLine. In an emergency contact The Dental Centre on 01580 763333 and follow the instructions provided.

Dental Hygienist

A bright and beautiful smile begins with healthy gums.

Over time plaque and calculus builds up on the teeth where brushing can’t reach, the hygienist’s job is to remove the build up and educate you on preventative cleaning methods to maintain a healthy mouth.

We have a team of three conscientious and highly trained dental hygienists who work from Monday to Friday, providing a routine scale and polish to stage 1 and 2 periodontal treatments. For advanced periodontal disease, referral to a periodontist may be necessary.
Children

It’s never too early to start bringing your child to regular examination appointments, we believe this helps to nurture a happy and confident relationship with your dentist.

Orthodontic treatments are available upon referral.

All children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

We are pleased to offer NHS treatment to children under the age of 18.
Tooth Whitening

We all want whiter, brighter teeth. A beautiful smile is a goal you can quickly achieve. We recommend Philips Zoom! New HealthyWhite formula with enamel protection, containing 6% Hydrogen Peroxide.

Philips Zoom! is a take home tooth whitening system. It is a mint flavoured, clear gel that contains a unique blend of soothers, conditioners and water to reduce sensitivity. The gel is applied to custom made trays (impressions required) that you wear for one or two 30 minute sessions per day, for 1-14 days.
